These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 5ph1 ("5ph1," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://5ph1.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Any attempt to register using false age information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law. All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification using a valid government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.
5ph1 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 5ph1 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access the full features of the 5ph1 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 5ph1 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using the same device, IP address, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 5ph1 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
5ph1 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before activating full account functionality. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and may require additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds. 5ph1 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
Account registration is complete upon successful verification of your mobile number via OTP (One-Time Password). Full account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, is subject to completion of KYC verification as described above.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5ph1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:
5ph1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 5ph1 of unauthorized access in a timely manner and 5ph1 has confirmed the breach.
Security Tip: 5ph1 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any such request, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on the 5ph1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits:
5ph1 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 5ph1's discretion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 5ph1 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 5ph1 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. 5ph1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. 5ph1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and may request documentation regarding the source of funds.
Anti-Money Laundering: 5ph1 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method where possible.
The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your 5ph1 account:
Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is successfully completed.
5ph1 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 5ph1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5ph1 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
5ph1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5ph1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5ph1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

5ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 5ph1.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
5ph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 5ph1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5ph1 implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmissions, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 5ph1 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
5ph1 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.
5ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 5ph1 will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 5ph1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 5ph1 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit a formal complaint to 5ph1's support team, and 5ph1 undertakes to respond within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms available through PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory authorities.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
